The warranty information stated below is for furniture purchases made at the Hank's Fine Furniture showrooms. If you have made a furniture purchase from one of our Home Place Furniture showrooms, please visit our Home Place web site at homeplacefurn.com for applicable warranty information.

Standard Warranty Information


Bedroom, Dining and Dinettes and Occasional Furniture

All case good items listed above are warranted against manufacturers defects for one year (12 months) from date of purchase. Repair is at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to service location.


Upholstery Living Room Pieces

Fabric and Leather

Upholstery Fabric & Leather is guaranteed for ONE year (12 months) from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Qualified defects will be repaired or replaced at company’s option at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to service location.

Spring Systems and Internal Frames

Spring Systems & Mechanisms & Internal Support Frames are guaranteed for FIVE years (60 months) from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Repair is at no cost to the customer for 1 year (12 months). In years 2 through 5, the defective parts will be furnished at no cost and the customer is responsible for any labor charges. Customer is responsible for transportation to service location and freight charges from the manufacturer.

Seating Foam and Fiber

Foam & Fiber is guaranteed for THREE years (36 months) from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Normal use compaction of 10% to 20% is not considered defective. Repair is at no cost to the customer for 1 year (12 months). In years 2 & 3, the defective parts will be furnished at no cost and the customer is responsible for any labor charges. Customer is responsible for transportation to service location and freight charges from manufacturer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: The following are excluded from warranty coverage: Any item purchased "As Is" (closeouts, floor models and discontinued special purchases). Stated warranties do not apply to accessories.

30-Day Bedding Comfort Guarantee

We are proud to offer our customers who purchase premium bedding a 30-day comfort guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The bedding purchased was one of our premium bedding lines, and
  • One of our treated, stain-resistant mattress pads is purchased at the time of the sale, and
  • The mattress must be returned in it's original condition, and
  • Guarantee allows for a one-time reselection of another premium mattress. If any price difference exists after reselection, a store credit in the amount of the difference will be issued. No refunds will be issued.

If you purchased a Stainsafe Mattress Pad Warranty on your mattress and the mattress has become stained or damaged, please download and read the StainSafe BedGuard Mattress Pad Warranty document prior to contacting the Stainsafe Warranty Company at 1-800-521-0555. Must be reported within 5 days.
