I just recently purchased a sofa, chair and ottoman from Bob Bratton in the Hot Springs store. I arrived at the store a mere 10 minutes before closing time, and he allowed me all the time I needed without feeling rushed, was very helpful and helped me select very nice pieces. He didn\'t bother me while I was looking, but would check on me every now and then. He could answer all the questions i had and even came to my house to fix a problem with the furniture. Review: Sarah was great helping me with my service. I went in without a contact, saw Sarah after I made my rounds and found what I wanted, was asked by another guy if I had been greeted, said no, but Sarah was waiting on another customer, I waited on her to finish and she gladly helped me purchase my new sofa, got it delivered today, and called Sarah back to order the matching Love Seat. She is the best! Other 3 guys were busy with there computers and I am glad I had Sarah to assist me!! Thanks Sarah and keep up the good work. My wife and I recently made a purchase of a dining room table and server from your store in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Sales Associate was Casey. We sincerely appreciated his excellent customer service skills. He expressed to us what he could assure us with regard to delivery of the merchandise. He followed up on the delivery making sure that all went as planned. Sometimes those of us in the older generation (70 years old and older) are very critical about the younger generation's customer service skills; so, it was very refreshing to do business with Casey who is a real credit to your sales team. We will return to Hanks for additional items as needed, thanks to Casey. I had a great manager over sales that sold me a nice 10 year warranty mattress. The manager of Hank's was so nice and caring. He went over the time frame of making sure I was pleased. I will always shop at this Hank's store.It seems like family the way I was treated. No one ever treated me this way before.This manager made sure my items were delivered on time,till he delivered them himself before all elevators at my apartment were shut down. Rick, went beyond the call of duty. I want to thank Rick for everything. I will say, Hank's is the #1 store in Arkansas and for me to shop for all my furniture needs. Rick done a great job delivering my mattress. By coming too my home, He's already working on more furniture I need. Thank you Rick for being the best manager any customer could ever have. My wife and I just purchased a bedroom suite from Hank's in Little Rock. The sales person was Ms. Carrie B. We had been to the store two other times as we have visited many stores in central Arkansas the past three weeks. We had many deals with other sales staff and Carrie was by far the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff member of them all. She worked with us on obtaining a agreeable price with all the details. She explained everything and was professional in going over the final price. We really enjoyed dealing with her and I highly recommend her for "special attention" from management. This also leads me to telling you that the Little Rock store manager, Nick, was excellent. He became involved, introduced himself, was professional, and I would also recommend him highly for your attention. Once again, Ms. Carrie Brown is an excellent employee and I will recommend her to my friends. You are lucky having her on staff.

We had 3 full days of shopping for a mattress set at several stores for my 80 + yr. old mother in law. My daughter suggested Hanks Fine Furniture. We were greeted by a salesman by the name of Phillip. He was patient and courteous with my mother in law allowing her to lie on each mattress several times. Up and down, I don't like this one. I hate that one is what I had heard all day from each store. Phillip was patient and very courteous. Yes, we purchased the set due the awesome service we received. Thank you Phillip!

We actually came into the North Little Rock store to look at the recliners listed for the Memorial Day sale. Phillip cheerfully greeted us and offered assistance. Out of the 3 employees working that day, he was the nicest one and most helpful. Although the store was busy, Phillip made us feel that we were his only customers. Before we left the store, we had purchased the recliner along with a new living room set. I wish all furniture sales consultants could be as helpful and nice as Phillip. He's certainly an example for the others.

I just had my new furniture delivered. My new bed is a monstrous wall bed, so I know it couldn't have been easy to put it together. But the delivery guys were efficient and courteous. Having only seen the bed online, the quality is far better than I imagined. It even has built in lighting that I didn't expect! I also purchased an ottoman and a bookshelf. The whole room looks great. Carrie from the West Little Rock store stayed in contact with me throughout the process since the bed was a special order. Thanks for another wonderful experience!

Never in my life have I seen a salesman happy to provide info with such enthusiasm to window shoppers without pressuring you to buy and not making you feel like a waste of time. A month later and ready to purchase, he was the first choice to assist me in selecting furniture for my new home. To no surprise he remembered me and was very generous in showing me my previous selection. I had my child that was home from school sick and actually got very sick in the store. Jeff was very helpful and made me feel important as a human being and not just as a sale or customer! Will be more than happy to refer to friends and family!

I just want to take a minute to tell you how pleased I was, from beginning to end, with my purchase at Hank's. I first spoke with Sean C who showed me the couch I described to him. I had broken ribs at the time and he was very conscientious of my need to walk slowly & take my time. I told him I needed some time to think about it and he gave me his card. When I decided on the couch, I went in and Sean was not there. But Maurice T had just walked in the door with his lunch, put it down and gave me his full attention. I paid for the couch and he then proceeded to eat his COLD lunch. Saturday, 3/31, two of the nicest delivery men brought my new red couch to my apartment building and of course, it would not fit in the elevator so they had to carry it down two hallways and up two flights of stairs and struggle with it through two doorways but, they were great about it and it was placed in my living room and looks fantastic! You can rest assured when I buy my box springs and mattress and my chair and ottoman next, Hank's will be the place I will look first to see if they have what I want. Sincerely,

My wife and I went to Hank's in Texarkana, TX and were waited on by Logan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were shopping for a bedroom set and he was a tremendous help as we looked at several mattress sets. We had to order our bedroom set and he was great about letting us know when it arrived. He was a very respectful and polite young man and I would shop with him again anytime!

I would like to bring something to attention of Hanks Fine Furniture. My wife and I have been shopping around for a new mattress, we went to all the big names, felt with some good people, and good prices. We were about to buy from one of these stores, when we decided to stop in Hanks. As we entered the store in North Little Rock Ar, and were met by the nicest salesman we had dealt with thus far. Jeff Y., we call him Patrick due to him looking so much like Patrick Swazy. He made us feel at home, he ask us what type mattress we were interested in, he showed us those, he let us try the mattress without being a push. We did buy from him and was well pleased with his attention to every detail, and when we came back 2 days later for measurements, he knew us by name and once again, was very hospitable. As we left, I ask if there was a way to let someone know of our experience, and what a great sales person Jeff is. My husband and I were shopping for a new bedroom set. Hank's was our first and only stop due to selections available but mostly due to the great service that we received from Nick. I certainly appreciated the fact that there was no high pressure to buy, Nick was very knowledgeable about the products and very nice to just let us wander the store by ourselves to look. He was always available to answer any questions but was very respectful that my husband and I needed to be able to have some privacy to discuss what we liked or didn't like about things. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, the whole experience was great!

Before returning back home to Dallas Texas today, I absolutely had to take a few minutes to express how AWESOME the service was my mother and I received this weekend from a young man by the name of Maurice T. If I may, let me start off by saying my mother has really been down and lost for mouths since the recent passing of my baby brother (he died in a motorcycle accident). My sister and I decided to come to Arkansas to lift her spirits by doing a makeover of her home. We knew right off we had to find new furniture so a friend recommended that we come to Hank's. There was a lot of hesitation on going to a big store because we didn’t want the experience to be much for mom. However, after walking through the doors of Hank’s Furniture Store we were immediately welcomed by a very professional, warm and pleasant voice. The young man that greeted us was very detailed and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job at providing us a very clear visual blue print of the different areas in the store. He was “not at all” the typical cold and overbearing sales consultant that you would typically find in other stores. He quickly set our expectations and graciously allowed us to start our journey to browse the store at our own speed. He respectfully checked in on us from time to time to make sure our questions was answered and then he allowed us continued on. One of the things that stood out the most was Maurice warm and friendly smile and the light relevant conversation he sparked while checking on us which really made my mom smile. Although he had other customers he truly went out of his way to make our experience an unforgettable one. This great experience ended with mom purchasing (TWO) of your L-shaped Sofas with the intent to come back for future items. The smile she had after leaving Hanks is one that we have not seen in a long while. And I can truly say it was all because of the great service she received in your store from Maurice T. I can truly say that everyone in the store was very nice and going forward Hank’s will absolutely be the place for us to shop. :) We truly thank you for having such great people in your store that aim to provide unforgettable experiences. I would like to express how pleased I am with the service offered by Mike W., the Store Manager. This is our 2nd time purchasing from Hank's and like the first time, Mike made sure we had all the info we needed to make our decision. He is patient, he listened and he made suggestions, and that is just what we needed to make our decision. He has excellent customer service skills and more importantly, he knows his products. We are a month into enjoying our sofa and we are please. Mike is my favorite person at Hank's and I will visit him the next time I need another piece of furniture.

In my opinion, Hanks is head & shoulders above any other furniture store in our area. And maybe "his" domain is larger than that. Recently saw a show on TV singing the praises of a man/furniture company out west, in Colorado, I think. Don't think he could be better than Hank's Message: I am nearing retirement and probably purchasing furniture for the last time in my life time. Of course, I wanted value for my money and shopped around. It would be my guess that I'm in the majority of people when I say purchasing furniture is significant. Hank's website was easy to use and contained information I needed to narrow my search. Included were design/style and facts like dimensions. When I physically entered the store the person who assisted me was prompt, not pushy, answered questions, did not give excuses or redirect me. There were actually were two young men helping me. Larry England is on the sales staff and he was training someone. Sorry, can't remember his name. These young men were friendly, listened to what I, as the customer, wanted. They gave me a clear explanation of what the cost of each item - not misleading in an attempt that would actually cost the customer in interest. They assisted me in making an informed choice without "magician" tricks. I came away with the same professional opinion of the store/company in general. I didn’t feel insulted or talked down to by pressure advertising. There were no advertising gimmicks to pressure, etc. Probably the point I am most appreciative of is the fact that the items I wanted were in the local warehouse and were delivered within 3 days! Other items I had looked at in other stores had a 4 week wait for delivery. If I have furniture needs in the future, Hank's will be my first stop, and most likely my last! Before I end this long "note" I must compliment Hank's delivery staff. I am fully aware that it consists of more than the 2 people that physically brought my furniture into my living room, but will start there. They were professional, courteous, business like, neat in appearance, took extra steps - casters under my sofa & chair - as I requested. Also A BIG thanks to those guys who maintain the trucks so they don't en route, all the folks who can find exactly what I ordered in the warehouse, the courteous people who called to schedule the delivery - and all it takes to keep your word and be there as promised - with 15 minute phone call "on the way." I've sure I have left out someone and I apologize. Too often we just speak up when there is a problem. Didn't want that to be the case this time. Bottom line, I would and will recommend Hank's to others, maybe even if they don't ask. Keep up the good work, I am a satisfied customer!

My recent shopping experience at Hank’s Fine Furniture was exceptional and enjoyable. Nick Bussell, Store Manager, personally took the time to help me select furniture that was nice and within my budget. In selecting the furnishings for my new law practice, I centered the theme and colors around a high-quality, statuesque bookshelf that I purchased from Hank’s probably 10 years ago. (The bookshelf remains as beautiful today as when I first purchased it.) Nick worked with me each step of the way to select a desk, wooden filing cabinets, and a storage piece. He was patient with me during my multiple visits to the store. He was more than willing to show me different pieces of furniture – on the floor and in the catalogs. He made sure the wood grain and finish were complementary among my selections. He kept me updated on the shipping schedule. Here’s what was equally incredible: A couple of colleagues assisted me with picking up my furniture and arranging my office. As we were leaving the North Little Rock store with the furnishings, one of my colleagues remarked, “Nick is truly an honest-to-goodness type of guy.” Nick’s level of professionalism and customer service is top-tier, and I am very happy with my selections from Hank’s!

I recently visited your showroom in Springfield, MO to look for dining and living room furniture. I live in Lebanon, MO and we have a wonderful furniture store, Heltons, but I just didn't find exactly what I was looking for there. After browsing your website, I decided to head to your store. I was helped by Gary Owen and never once felt the "hard sales pitch" that I have felt before in other furniture stores. He helped me for over an hour and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I returned the following Thursday and purchased from Gary the living and dining room set that I had found. My experience at Hanks North Little Rock was very pleasant to say the least. Nick Bussell was a courteous, polite, soft spoken young man. I purchased a sofa and love seat and couldn't be happier with it. Also, I had bought an antique bedroom suite at Morris Antiques that needed a mattress and box springs. Being an antique the box springs did not fit, so Nick went out of his way to get in touch with a business where he could special order me one. Nick even made a special trip to my home to measure the bed himself. He is not high pressure, but just there to assist you in picking out what your interests are. Nick being honest and sincere meant a lot to me. So, thanks to you Nick for being so kind and helpful.

Last weekend we had to make emergency arrangements to move my father from a hospital into long term care. My brother & sister worked with Craig and Bob of your Springfield branch. They couldn\'t have been kinder. We were under the gun and nothing was firmly decided. We weren\'t even sure if we would need the furniture wherever he ended up. They pulled togeather the necessities and worked with us on price. By the time I arrived in Springfield early on Monday, these gentlemen had created 3 Hanks customers for life. - Home Place Furniture stores in Florida are our "sister" stores. We are very proud of their achievements as well. Here is a review from one of our Home Place customers. - We have been dealing with your crew in Pensacola now for the past year and we have been most impressed. My wife and I started looking for a replacement sofa for our “Lazy Boy” that was starting to show its age. We looked all over Pensacola and finally found just what we were looking for at Home Place. We waited until this particular item went on sale and we were very happy with the comfort of the sofa. Unfortunately, over the period of the next several months, we were encountered a rather odd occurrence whereby the frame appeared to bend so the upper aspect of the sofa (both left and right upper back supports) started separating from the mid section. In addition, there were two specific areas of the leather that appeared to wear prematurely almost as if the fabric was not uniformly died by the furniture factory. So we returned to your Pensacola store and submitted a claim since we had purchased your extended warranty plan. The store manager not only honored our warranty but allowed my wife to upgrade to a more expensive sofa which was manufactured by the very same company that produced our damaged sofa. The store manager and his staff then went so far as to go out of their way to ensure the scheduled delivery occurred on 23 December; so that my family and friends were able to enjoy the usage of the replacement sofa, just in time for Christmas. Now the story gets even better, somehow the electric switch on the right side of the sofa became damaged during shipment, storage or delivery. The delivery crew did everything humanly possible to ensure the proper function of the switch prior to their departure, but ultimately determined it would require actual replacement. I then dropped by the store that very same afternoon on the way home from work. I talked with the store manager once again in an attempt to schedule the replacement of the electric switch. Not only did he once again drop what he was doing to offer assistance, but he immediately located “Travis” the local furniture repair technician who then reported to our home within the next two hours. Travis was extremely polite and professional during his visit to our home and should be commended for his truly outstanding customer service and exceptional technical support. He was an absolutely wonderful ambassador for Home Place and was a delight to interact with during this in-home repair. We are extremely appreciative of the truly outstanding support and customer service your store in Pensacola has provided for us. If you ever need to refer to an exceptional performance model for the rest of your Home Place showrooms, this Pensacola crew is most certainly your shining star! Once again, WELL DONE.

I just wanted to let you know that you have an amazing associate working for you. We came into Hank's I think it was June 13th and we told Nick we were looking for a sectional to go into our new home that we were purchasing on June 25th. Nick showed us a couple of sectionals and we told him we really wanted one with a chase recliner in leather. He said we have one, but I don't have one here to show you. He did show us on the computer and referred us to go over to the Hank's in West Little Rock and ask for a particular associate. We did go over to the store and look at it, but we did not ask to for the associate he referred us to; because Nick was so helpful to us we wanted to do business with him. We were approach by several associates over to your West Little Rock store and they were saying we can get it to you in about 3 to 4 weeks. This was unacceptable to us, because Nick said he could get it to us in a week. We went back to the store on July 5th, Nick was assisting another customer and he politely said he would be with us in a minute. After he finished up, he took our order and said it will be in a week. He called us on Thursday to let us know that the sectional came in and confirmed to us the delivery schedule. We get our sectional delivered to us on July 10th. Nick showed excellent customer skills. I've referred several people to go over there and ask for Nick. We went to several furniture stores and none of them showed us as much respect, courtesy, and patients as Nick did. Thank you,

Please pass along our appreciation to your Springfield Team for their help in our furniture needs. We are extremely pleased with the product which included a bedroom set, ottoman, and kitchen chairs. As you might expect, we shopped vigorously for about two months and felt the staff (particularly Craig), product and pricing at Hank's Furniture was the best fit for us.

I want to compliment one of your employees. Erik Holbrooks with the North Little Rock store was very helpful with us. He gave us great service, was very friendly and professional. Most of our furniture was on back order and he kept us in the loop regarding that. When we need more furniture, we will contact Erik. Also, want to compliment the manager that was there. On Saturday, July 3, my mother and I were shopping for a dining room set. Rick Smith quickly offered his assistance and then was readily available to answer our questions. I purchased a table and chairs which we really like, and Rick was very pleasant while helping us. The next time we need furniture; we will be visiting Hank's and looking for Rick.

I would like to inform you that Erik Holbrooks did a wonderful job helping me purchase furniture yesterday. I already was certain of the sofa I wanted, but hadn't decided on what else to go with it. He helped me decide on a chair and coffee/end table set. The best illustration I can give to show the help he provided is by letting you know he went to the extent of putting end tables from other areas of the store right next to the sofa and chair I had picked out. He moved four end tables. He also made suggestions and comments that were very helpful. Please acknowledge is work well done!

On Thursday June 24 I was shopping at your Jonesboro Arkansas store for tables I was going to get my wife and return to the store, but my car would not start. Steve Hubbard was most helpful to help me and is to be commended for his act of kindness also all employees were helpful to get me going again. Tomorrow my wife and I will return to the store and continue where I left off Thursday. Thanks a Million to your Jonesboro Store Employees.
